“From randomly increasing fees (sometimes reaching nearly 15%!), hiding your money with no way of seeing the balance, delay tactics when emailing referring to issues, delaying paying your own money even when dates have been set, avoiding critical questions, asking questions you have already answered to delay a reply, removing money from your account without knowing, thousands of pounds have disappeared with no answer (will update if resolved), poor standard of work, and the list continues. A very disappointing experience, which has been raised to other external agencies.
They also do not test their development work when using their developers based in another country (Not a in house development team) - This led to any customers in America not being able to complete purchases for over a month.
I'm also aware of other companies that I have spoken to, who have explained similar dealings with increase commission fees and missing money.
