Awful customer service and customer support. Taking no accountability for a double booking, leaving us to find and expense accommodation at the last minute despite having paid in advance and in full through Booking.com. Over a week later and there is still no confirmation that I will get my money back.

Instead of acting responsibly, their “customer service” was non-existent: they repeated irrelevant questions, ignored the evidence, and refused to issue a refund.

AVOID Booking.com They are scammers the apartment was disgusting and we could not stay there. The photos on their site must be 20 years old they totally miss sold us the apartment. The customer service is a joke.

The regular agents were leagues better than Mohammed, who either needs immediate retraining or should not be in customer service at all.

This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. It lasted 3 days and I believe I was being stonewalled, along with hotel and the third-party vendor. I cannot not recommend this company enough.

The customer service representative couldn’t help she clearly refused to put me through her manager “Paul” I reached out 72 hours in advance by email and followed up with a call 48 hours before my stay to request a refund for just one of the two nights I had booked.

After receiving my confirmation email, I called the customer service number provided to inquire about the promised 10% travel credit.
