The formatting and editing were done with AI and NO human oversight. Every time I asked for 1 error to be fixed, 2 more occurred in new places. Months to get these fixed.
This company could not even fill a simple order of 50 books. It took 3 times for me to escalate the missing number of books. Then I discovered I could have ordered through Ingram Spark for a lower price!
Hidden costs with high-pressure sales are not a tactic I take kindly to. Of course, they had the advantage, and I paid. I even paid for 2 months of marketing again with huge sales promises. Not 1 book was sold.
