"I have just finished the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training programme at Ananda Yoga and Detox centre and I have had the most incredible experience. I cannot recommend the training enough. Valerie and her team of wonderful teachers are professional, extremely knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to support you on the journey to becoming a Yoga teacher. It really is a journey and for me and my course mates, it really was transformational. The training, although rigorous, is outstanding and my Yoga practise is the strongest it has ever been. I feel as though something has shifted within my body and I have found all this extra space, not only in my body but also in my mind too. Valerie, Fern, Raj, Magda and all the other fantastic teachers really make you feel safe and supported. I\u2019ve been working as a kids yoga teacher for 8 years and I am super excited to start teaching adults now as well. I feel as though the training has thoroughly prepared me. "The retreat was a complete scam, bookretreats does not screen these retreats. Not only was it a waste of money, I fear it would be damaging to vulnerable people mentally because they were providing a lot of pseudoscience and pseudo therapy with no credentials"

"I can just confirm what others say about this booking service, it is obviously fraudulent. I have been corresponding back and forth with a resort, after making a deposit. They constantly change the days available and different persons reply to my queries. Stay away from this site! What makes this extra serious is that the BookYogaRetreats advertise heavily on Google, and appear to be a serious site to begin with. Google should monitor and expel them for fraud."
