I have sent several emails to Boost Lab who asked me to forward a receipt regarding the customs invoice which I did. I have heard nothing since and have had no response to several emails I have sent. A complete rip off, they must know that there are custom charges to the customer in the UK. You can order all over the world these days for free, even ordering from Temu is free . I would not touch this company again and advise people in the UK to do the same. AVOID!”

“I had high hopes for the Boost Lab neck serum. I am 50, my skin is generally pretty good. I was looking to see a more smoother look with my neck/decolletage area. Seeing the video review going around from one particular 'influencer' showing weekly improvements, I was hopeful. Unfortunately I saw zero improvement after several weeks. The texture is like a runny egg white, and it got to a point where I couldn't stand the texture on my hands. Waste of money. I've had better smoothing results from a nivea face cream I'm using.”
