“Wouldn’t recommend. Makes the whole process very stressful as communication is AWFUL! They are very quick to reply when they want your money or to threaten a late collection fee but do not reply for any genuine questions after you have paid. They send the photobooth through DPD which could be any time between 8am-6pm and if you’re not there to collect will charge you same for pick up. Tried to contact them to arrange a pick up time and basically got told it’s tough if you’re not in it’s a £150 late fee! Didn’t reply to anything else that I’ve asked. Pictures can take up to 10 days to come back which is a bit pointless as it’s after the event apparently this is in the T&Cs but when you try to open the page it gives an error code page not found. Really poor experience and don’t trust their money back guarantee as they don’t reply when you’re not happy anyway!”
