“Today at around 2pm when I visited I was not happy. The front of house staff were really dismissive, the male didn’t even acknowledge me and stared at the computer. When I tried to book an appointment and asked about finance options another woman joined in, just to stare at me and smirk. I don’t understand the need of 3 people being there when I’m talking about something sensitive. The male also laughed after I had recently said something about my families illness. The whole situation was very awkward and weird.”
“Ripped off : feel that one pair of normal glasses at a cost of not far short of £500 was a bit to much for me, so decided to cancel my order and managed to save £225 on my glasses elsewhere, will never return to Boots for glasses again,”
