Placed an order on the basis of an offer emailed to me by Boots. The offer wasn't applied at check-out. Emailed customer services, but just got pointless, generic emails. They wouldn't cancel the order - told me I would have to take delivery and send it back. Boots are fine if everything goes OK, but any problems and their customer service is awful, rude and unpleasant.

Ordered 23rd of April 2025. Estimated delivery 26th of April 2025. It never arrived, no courier details were given, so Boots cancelled on the 3rd of May 2025.  11th of June 2025 and still waiting for my refund. Have emailed about 10 times.  I ordered in good faith, Boots took my money but didn't fulfill their obligations to me. 5 weeks of emails and have still not received my refund.

Received the confirmation showing delivery a week hence but delivery to the last person I sent a gift to 2 years ago.

Didn’t deliver our items and refused to provide a refund or replacement as they said Royal Mail had proof of delivery. The proof was a picture of a box outside our door at a time we weren’t home. Nothing on return, no delivery and refused to support in any way. Basically thief’s and will never use them again - buyer beware. We are down £100 on a Polaroid camera we never received and having to seek legal advice!

Today I logged into my account and noticed that the delivery address had been transferred from Apple Pay incorrectly, the street name doesn't appear in Boots' system.

The company's choice to utilize the UK Post Office for delivery has significantly detracted from the service quality.

I ordered a Tom Ford eau de toilet for my wife and followed the next day delivery process. My item NEVER arrived and I have no idea where it is . A DISGRACEFUL service .

DO NOT DO AN ON LINE ORDER WITH Boots...... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDERED WITH THEM PAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY, 7 DAYS LAYER STILL NOT HAD THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING WHEN I RANG THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SENT THE GOODS OUT AND THERE WAS NO MORE THEY CAN DO...... SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE..
