My item was delivered a very expensive set completely open and leaked everywhere, Boots customer service was horrific wouldn't send me a new one out as most companies would since it is their fault, have to download a returns label and wait a forever for it to be delivered back to them to then wait again for a refund, will NOT be using Boots in the future looks like Superdrug have my service since they actually care about their customers!

Boots said they could not refund me because it was outside their 30 day returns policy, they totally ignore the fact that the machine is faulty and that they supplied it.

I then called customer service explaining the situation & was told I need to return the item by post with the returns slip to which I told her there was not one.

I went to royal mail returns portal and discovered that actually a collection was possible so arranged for that.

I asked for a receipt, and she told me they don't give receipts for returns.

  Also you talk about customer care, well you certainly not looking after them, because, you wash your hands of this product, in your returns policy, because no no won't entertain any returns,  If you are patient and carry on using this product, and it completely breaks down, you have spent good money for a product from your stores that you are fobbed off when what we need is help from you not the fob off.

Shocking!! Bought some Christmas gifts (marked up with little present boxes) in November. One of them was unsuitable and have just found out that, unlike many other retailers, they do not extend their returns policy for Christmas! This basically means anything bought 35 days before Christmas CANNOT be refunded!! Will definitely never be buying any Christmas gifts from them ever again!!
