I phoned the customer service department to ask why but they had no idea for the reason, only suggesting that I re-enter my address details and that there must be a glitch on your system; on the second occasion I was told the reason might be that I was spending (trying to!) more than usual and that I would now be locked out of my account for 72 hours and to try again then.

1/5 — Missing Items & No Resolution
My order 779944541 arrived missing items worth £153.66, and Boots have refused to refund me. They could not provide any photographic proof of delivery but still rejected my claim. I’ve been left out of pocket with no support from customer service. Very disappointed.

In terms of product knowledge and customer service, Boots in Paddington Station are useless!
I needed an emergency supply of hearing aid batteries, but, when I showed the assistant the existing battery and its packaging, I was told that they didn't know if their own-brand batteies were compatible, and that I should look online, where it would also be cheaper...!

It has become a norm for them to tell me the dosage of Ibuprofen i can take, i guess they see it as a good customer service, but I have to explain myself why i buy two boxes of Ibuprofen or two boxes of Kwells .

Placed an order. Never even attempted delivery as Royal Mail returned it to sender for bad packaging. Asked for my order to be replaced. They apparently can’t do that. They can take my money and hold it up to 14 when it’s their fault I haven’t even received the parcel. Customer service is terrible
