I went to Boots in wallsend,me and another man stood at the counter waiting 10 minutes to get service,while there were 4 staff behind the pharmacy counter helping 1 customer,so me and the man turned and walked out and the stuiped staff said I been one minute cause she lost 2 paying customers,

I emailed Boots customer service (a complete rigmarole in itself) but their response was a couldn't-care-less attitude, and even though the free gift had clearly been used they would not exchange it because it was a free gift.

I am using Clairol Studio Hair Colour, and now Boots stopped having this brand on its stores. How am I supposed to colour my hair now? You cannot just change brands, because the colours are different. Clairol has other brands, but Clairol Studio is different. And I don't shop online, so I am not getting this online!!! No way, shopping online is dangerous and more expensive.
If you stop stocking a product in you shop, you will have to provide an alternative for a similar product, and its not happeing, the other.products are different. How are you supposed to maintain your customers if you keep changing the products?

Today, nearly 2 weeks after placing order, contacted customer service who informed me it may have gone to wrong store, but didn't know which one, so obviously tracking within Boots doesn't work efficiently.
