“Sadly, the sound quality is poor. They don't fit my ears regardless of which tip. Each extra tip that came with them are the same size. If you are seeking a cheap pair of aids, then these are exactly them.”
“My aids went bad shortly after the trial period (45 days). I was refused a refund and offered replacements. I sent the old ones and waited a month, no results. I asked Bossa about the delay and, presto, they just processed the replacements. Coincidence? Not.”
“Your return process is horrible. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my credit. You received the hearing aids back to your warehouse on September 18 th and it’s October 5 and I’m still waiting. Very disappointed!!”
“You state these are smaller than a pill or you show a picture that they are. When I emailed you I was told they are the smallest hearing aids. This is not true !! Infact they are pretty big and bulky and do not fit in the ear canal as most hearing aids. I have to turn it up all the way to cut down on tinnitus which I was told these hearing aids will do. I will then get a tinny echo on some sounds.”
