I ordered a pair of hearing aids for my husband back on March 21, 2024, guess what, never received. I sent several emails and they responded with different excuses every time. I sent an email yesterday and the day before, no response. I’m on a fixed income, paying them was like flushing money down the toilet!!

I paid money for the wax protectors never received them. It’s been over a month you’ve taken money out of my account and now I called the number and it’s disconnected. I email and I get an AI response not happy will never recommend this product. Anybody customer service sucks.

I purchased my hearing aids in December of 2023. i tried them for a couple of days and returned them in January of 2024. They were in perfect condition, I didn't take the charger out and took photos of my return. i returned them at my own shipping expense ($14) and have not received my money back as of June 2024. I have e-mailed on multiple occasions and called only to be on hold for an 1 1/2 hours. I have not been able to get in touch with customer service. They received my return and told me their purchasing department was notified. I bought the hearing aids with the understanding that there was a money back guarantee. This is false advertising and is very disappointing. I feel like they make it difficult to get your money back and leave customers no where to turn and no one to talk to. I have never purchased any other item that I returned and wasn't refunded. Don't purchase unless you intend to keep them because there is no money back.

My husband and I returned our earing aid because we didn't like them. They received them but have not received our refund trying calling them no one answer.p

I have tried for 2 weeks to get a hold if Bossa hearing. I lost 1 hearing aid. But I they don't get back to me. I have called left email, texts, and message on Facebook. So far I have not heard from them. Today all I get is a busy signal.

I ordered the Bossa aids. The first pair did not work for me so like a dummy I let them talk me into a so called better pair, yes for more money. When I got those they didn't help either so i sent them back too. They sent me a new Pair. Guess what, those did the same as the others. They Squealed so bad, didn't fit right in my ears, still couldn't make out words. So I sent them back. I was told that I was entitled to a full refund. That was 2 months ago. I call to only get a busy signal, live chat is never available, and they don't answer your emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOSSA HEARING AIDS. SCAM!!!!!

The Bossa Mini hearing aids did not work for me. They were uncomfortable and sounded like I was screaming. They were really bulky in my ears and really stuck out. So I sent them back emailed everything they need for a refund in March of 2024. They confirmed that I would be getting my full refund. Well I haven’t yet to get my refund and it’s June 9, 2024. I keep sending emails and sometimes I get a reply back saying that they sorry it’s taking so long. But they will be in touch will customer service to expedite my refund. So if you buy them then you return them just don’t expect a refund.

Ordered hearing aids 21April 2024. Back and forth responses. How are they allowed to continue advertising when they are scamming everyone. Requested refund. No response. Shocking that they can do this to innocent people who need this aid so desperately.

I know there are others out there who also did not get a refund from Bossa. We need to start a class action lawsuit to let them know we do not take it lightly that they will not stand by their policy that is on their web site. In my case they provided a fictitious invoice stating my purchase price was being refunded, but the refund was never issued. Looking on the internet I see numerous individuals with the same issue on never receiving their refunds. The Better Business Bureau was also provided with a promise that my refund was in process, but I never received such refund.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY BOSSA HEARING AMPLIFIERS. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN RETURNED WITHIN THEIR GUARANTEE POLICY. INSTEAD THEY FORGE A REFUND RECEIPT AND THE REFUND IS NEVER RECEIVED. THEY EVEN LIED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BEUREA AND PROVIDED THE SAME FORGED REFUND RECEIPT. THE BBB CLOSED MY CASE AND I REPLIED STATING I NEVER RECIEVED A REFUND AND THEY ARE STILL LOOKING INTO THIS CLAIM MONTHS LATER.

Ordered product Oct of 23, received product Nov of 23. Returned product Dec of 23. As of June of 24 I have not received my refund. They lie to every month. Submitted a BBB complaint they lie to the BBB. Have submitted bad reviews on other forums. They lie on their response there. Next step will be with the AG of AZ. They are scamming senior citizens.

I ordered tx10 2 months ago. After 2 weeks I called 888-527-1646 to check on my order. Operator told me there was a production delay. Said it would be resolved in 7-10 business days. 2 weeks later I used the email link, was told they would ship the week after Memorial day. Still no shipment. Tried calling..on hold for 2.5 hours said I was next inline....finally I hung up. Tried their chat.. no response. Tried their email..no response. Tried calling phone is now just busy... I guess I am scammed! DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Product is junk! Received product 1/18/24, returned it 1/25/24. Company acknowledged return received and refund will be issued. Refund is supposed to be issued within 10-15 business days from the day product is returned. It is now May, 2024 and still no refund. Everytime I follow up which is daily, I’m told let me check with our finance partners. No one ever gets back to me. I do not believe I’m ever getting my refund. This company is a scam and they are thieves. BEWARE!!
