“ Not only has the Elite Stand held up well over four years, and is built with impressive quality, Support from Bosstab is excellent. I assumed I needed to replace the holder piece on our stand after upgrading to a newer device. (The device did not fit in the stand's holder). I contacted support to help determine the correct size for a new holder for our new Ipad. Support could have simply advised me on a size and collected $150 dollars; but instead, they asked for product details to get a full picture of the issue, and pointed out through a helpful support chat that I did not need to buy additional products. They helped me understand I had installed the new Ipad incorrectly, and they assisted in proper installation. Thanks to Bosstab support I did not have to spend additional money!
