Boss Training has two decades of experience in the Health & Safety industry. Providing training courses for the construction, manufacturing and logistics industries. We are an IPAF, PASMA, CITB, IOSH and NPORS accredited training centre and UKATA certified. Operating nationally, we provide a variety of training options, giving you the flexibility to carry out training onsite, at one of our 42 centres, online or virtually.

“I have done many different H&S courses over the years, some good, some not so good but thought it was worth adding a good review for Damian the course tutor today as I thought it was very good. He kept everybody in the room engaged all day and I noticed straight away that he had remembered everybody’s name, he continued to talk to us by name and ask questions to each of us in equal measure throughout the whole course / day. His method of getting the information across was unique but very effective, he even remembered which cards each of us had previously picked when we did the re-cap. He read the room perfectly and rather than just present a a power point of slides he managed to make conversations with us and the presentation more personal without being intrusive or probing. Not sure how this would be maintained with a bigger group, but I thought everybody there (6) appeared to be fully connected to what was being said.”

“Dave delivered an excellent ladder safety training course. He explained everything clearly, used practical real-life examples, and made the session engaging and easy to understand. Dave was very knowledgeable and patient when answering questions. I feel much more confident about using ladders safely after this training. Highly recommended.”
