“STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY!
Like a lot of others, I purchased this based on the picture on their website. Again, like a lot of others, what I received was NOTHING like what I ordered. I emailed a complaint and received an email assuring me that this is rare. (Ha. Ha I say) I was asked to send pictures. I sent them pictures of Before Shaking, After Shaking, After Shaking closeup, and their Ad picture. The next day I got a reply - "Sorry you are not happy with your bottle, I have had quality control look at this for me and they are satisfied with the amount of gold that is in each bottle.Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you."
I asked that since quality control was satisfied that I wanted to talk to the owner. Unsurprisingly that has never happened. But surpringly I received an unsolicited bottle today. This one had huge flakes that all floated into the neck of the bottle. I shook it hardily, it looked ok-ish for about 20 seconds, then the flakes all floatred into the neck again. I am currently trying to get them to pick this one up and refund me for the first one.
And refunds are a joke. Apparently they do not offer refunds on "personalised items". And everything they sell is considered to be a "personalised item".
TrustPilot does have a high rating for them. But looking through them, the more recent ratings are 1 or 2 star with the same complaints I'm reading here. They may have once been decent, but that has long declined.
And for the inquisitive amongst you I suggest trying to find ANY relevant information on Todley's Spirit Co.

Emails were ignored and company don’t want to help or know if there’s a problem. Won’t be using bottle bling again and would advise others not to just in case you have a problem with your order.”
“Terrible service when bottle of champagne eventually arrived 6 days later even though was supposed to be 1-2 days however no personalised label. So complained bottle replaced tiny little label on back of bottle. Not as advertised apparently that particular champagne does not have personalised labels, which would have been nice to be told when I placed the order, so def will not use them again”

Ordered 2 bottles based on how they were promoted for sale on their Facebook page.. They arrived and looked nothing like what I was expecting.. Which was a bottle of gin with lots and lots off sparkly glitter as in the photo which is clearly not a photo of the actual bottle itself it's more of an animated misleading image photo shopped to the hilt.. What I actually received was a bottle of gin with a few large gold leaf bits in.. Very deflating.
I telephoned the company whom asked me to fwd photos which they would fwd to relevant dept. And assured me I would hear back that day.. They were for 21st present the day after. A week later and still nobody has bothered to contact me.. I e mailed again on the day of complaint to say nobody had still contacted me regarding this.. And still haven't.. Very disappointed and for what I received for a 50 CL bottle feel cheated out of my money
