“Ordered a Christmas Tree from them which was described as LED lit and extending. It depicted an adult and child looking up at it.
On arrival, it did not light up nor extend. It was also only 60cm high !
They offered a $7 refund and told me to give the tree away. I refused and asked for a full refund. They then never responded !”
