“We bought thousands of euros worth of kitchen equipment and bought the full insurance/customer service package. Our stove did not work. We called - it took 3 weeks for the first guy to turn up. He arrived on a Friday, so when he ordered the replacement parts, it took one more week to get another guy to turn up to fix. He left before completing the job, promising to come later in the day- he didn’t. The next day we called and he promised to come by noon. He didn’t. He then promised to come by 3pm. He didn’t. When we called customer service they sent us to “technical support” where a horrible woman yelled at us and then hung up. Seriously. We have informed our architects and all friends SS to avoid Boulanger and go with Darry their competition which has good customer service. Boulanger take your money happily and then tell you to get lost bc they couldn’t be bothered - the ceo of the company needs to be on high alert that random low level people are destroying the company’s reputation”
