“The Colne branch has a Paul Costelloe outlet selling purses,gloves leather goods etc. The staff Jane, Naimah and Lauren gave truly exceptional customer service helping me over a period of time by sourcing a particular item I needed to exchange, it was out of stock in that particular store. They all kept in touch with me to update at regular intervals, and eventually managed to find me an acceptable alternative to the goods I needed to exchange. In this day and age, it is more usual to find a review with regard to giving bad customer service, definitely not the case here !. That particular team are indeed an asset to your Colne branch.
