“My Bowflex T10 Treadmill stopped working after 1 month. A call for troubleshooting took almost 3 hours total! I was told my replacement part would arrive in 1-2 weeks. I called after 3 weeks, it was shipped the next day but arrived a week later. The tech company they've contracted with to install the new console, Go Configure, has been a nightmare to schedule with. I've made 4 phone calls and still don't have an appointment. 6 weeks without a working treadmill and still waiting. The worst part is everyone promising speedy service and then not following through. Terrible service!!”
