“Really poor service, paid extra for next day delivery for an in stock item, tracking was sent to me 5 days after my purchase which confirmed it had been sent royal mail 48 hour service. They will not return any emails, impossible to get hold of, I dont believe any of the positive reviews are genuine”

Here is my terrible terrible experience: I placed my order entering my credit card information. The transaction was confirmed. “Payment received” was the status of my order. They then single-sidedly cancelled my order! Now they have my credit card informations, I have no product and I missed all opportunity to get those products on Black Friday elsewhere. After emailing them multiple times they still have not escalated the issue. Note: I make payments all the time with the same payment information online and it is never a problem. This is not even the case where my credit cards would have been declined!”
