ordered a part for a chair they responded quick to tell me if didn't fit i could send back for a return , 5 weeks later of them receiving the part back and 15 e-mails still no refund , terrible service avoid i wish i had read reviews 1st ,never again would i buy from this company,

Ordered a game chair, showing in stock. Stated if ordered on a Friday then would be dispatched on the Monday with delivery 3-5 days. 12 days later still not had email to say it has been dispatched. No reply to email or message sent through website and no refund received either. This is supposed to be for my son’s birthday but doesn’t look like it will be received. Will be contacting my card provider to try and get my money back that way. Shocking service.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a gaming chair on the 6th of June 2020 for my Sons ninth Birthday.I paid through pay pal thank goodness. The chair never turned up.I contacted the company numerous of times but by email.They told me it was a pre order and it would come as soon as they received stock at the end of June.It was showing in stock when I paid for it.I would never of bought it on a pre order for my Sons birthday as I wanted it to come in time for his birthday.It never turned up.I asked for a refund but no reply.There is no telephone number to contact them.Please do not use this company.The chair never came and luckily I managed to get my money back through PayPal.They are scammers and if you look into the company you will find they have sister companies all doing the same thing.Please go else where if you want to receive the goods you paid for, otherwise they will just take your money and your receive nothing.

Awful experience with Boysstuff. Will never ever order with them again. When ordering a gaming chair they never stated it was a pre order. Waited over a week with no contact. Then found out chair would not arrive in time so tried to cancel. Couldn't cancel. Chair came and I tried to arrange a return which was a headache in itself. Finally got a response and I would need to return at my own expense. Honestly stay clear if this company.

Absolutely shocking take payment & then nothing ?? Paid for a preorder gaming chair early May tried contacting via Email & online chat with no response as no Customer service telephone number (WHY IS THAT) Would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from this company

If I could give 0* I would! Ordered two gaming chairs. One was pre-order. Found (on what turns out the be their sister website) the exact same chair for £10 less AND without a “pre-order” banner. FABULOUS. Requested refund for first chair. The refund was £2.60 short, JUST for the chair (I knew I wouldn’t get back anything on delivery as had one delivered) no reply to my query email. Chased girlsstuff for ETA after a week of hearing nothing. Used website email which then failed, so wrote on their website contact form. Boysstuff emailed back! So a connection, but only to say it’s preorder. Can pick a different colour or get a refund. I replied saying it didn’t show that before I ordered, but does now. Can I have a rough ETA and will it be here for xmas? Got a rude response back, then they cancelled my order when I stated twice my the emails I still wanted it and not to cancel. Go back on to order again, and now the price has gone up £40! Shocking and totally unacceptable, I’m absolutely livid.

I wanted one bit of advise after purchasing a gaming chair left a number of messages with no reply I sent a number of emails to customer care, they replied with get in touch with technical IMPOSSIBLE there is no way in getting in touch with technical A MERRY GO ROUND SHOCKING HOW DO PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH IT

Appalling customer service , my item was delivered while I was out so contacted BoysStuff who said they would investigate it , I heard nothing back so contacted BoysStuff and made them aware I needed it by such a date as it was a birthday gift, 10 days later a replacement chair arrived, this was past there expected delivery day and past his birthday so I contacted them asking for the item to be returned they said I could return it but it could get rejected , this is not my fault the parcel wenot missing ? I will never shop with them again and advice others not to .....

No response to numerous emails regarding a Playseat that was not suited to the Fanatec CSL wheel and pedals - I queried this before purchase and had no response then either. Will not be using again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ORDERED 2 CHAIRS WITH A 3-5 DAY DELIVERY DATE, NOW IN DAY 7 AND NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM, CONTACTED THEM BY MAIL,PHONE, MESSINGER, FACEBOOK ETC, NOW GOING TO RAISE A COURT CLAIM AGAINST THEM

If you choose not to read anymore then read only this – STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a gaming chair for my son’s birthday which arrived in good time. On checking the chair, it was faulty. Against my better judgement, I allowed the company to refer me to XRocker Technical Services who wanted to send a replacement part. After persuading me to accept this with a promise the part would firstly fix the issue and secondly be here in time for my son’s birthday so I could give him a working chair; the part did not arrive. I had to go and physically buy another chair so I didn’t have to hand my 9 year old a non-working chair on his big day!! I went back to technical services and told them that the part did not arrive and I was told that it was because they were moving office and there was a delay in posting it. Grrrr! So, I told them I wanted a refund – AND THEY REFERRED ME BACK AGAIN TO BOYSSTUFF!!! Double Grrr! Then things got interesting! Boysstuff’s emails to me were, quite frankly, rude and accused me of not following their returns procedure, despite following it to the letter and paying £37 for Parcelforce to return the chair to them. The chair was delivered and signed for on 14th December. Boysstuff claim not to have received it or had any communication regarding it!! I could even see the signature of the person who signed for it online!!! I then escalated the complaint to PayPal at which point Boysstuff told PayPal I had still to return the chair!! Arghh!! Since then, and all through the Christmas holidays, Boysstuff have ignored my emails and, on speaking with PayPal today, have ignored PayPal’s requests for information also. PayPal returned my money to me today, but not my postage costs so I am still £37 down in the overall process. Completely unprofessional people to deal with and I will be telling anyone who will listen never to order from this company in the future.
