“Always great service, just wish you had a larger selection on the general stickers. We would have loved some kind of spelling award, like a pencil pack but could not find anything suitable within your range. Just an observation and not a complaint.”

Hi Lynne, Sorry to hear you had problems paying. We don't really have much control over the payment system, for security reasons everything is encrypted and handled by an external company called SagePay. We only have record of one payment being processed by SagePay, which was successful. This suggests the payment was blocked by your card provider before it even reached SagePay, I wouldn't be able suggest why as we don't have access to your bank's information. You could give them a call to find out why your card was rejected. As one card worked this backs this theory up also, as it shows our systems here were working as they should be. I hope this helps in case you have any further issues with that card and that you might reconsider your opinion of the service we gave, as the issue you experienced was beyond our control.
