Firstly they are an INDIAN company. Not based in the UK. https://who.is/whois/branddesignexperts.co.uk -> hostindia.net.
Secondly they are useless at brand design.
Thirdly, they do NOT bide by their own terms and conditions. They are liars and do not refund you. They will force you to open a Paypal dispute that they will ignore.

I didn’t like the logos they were just like old style clip art - hardly the results of a ‘designer’. I have sent around 10 emails asking for a refund & got nowhere and even had the online chat frozen when I mentioned the refund! Steer well clear of this company.

The logo was poor quality so i rightly requested a refund. Once i did this there was no communication and i am still waiting after nearly 1 month. They state a no quibble refund policy but this is false advertising. Use this company at your own risk!

I have not had any phone call after numerous requests for your team to do so. Also the quality of the work was terrible.
I have asked for a refund, which you still haven't done after a week of asking!
I will keep contacting you untill you return my money!
Your website states " no quibble money back guarantee" Yet you have failed to do so.
Not good business at all.

Their logos look like clip art. They will only respond to you once a day, sometimes not even amending what you asked. After a frustrating month I gave up & went elsewhere, wish I had sooner!
I didn't get my money back either, they would not refund me & when I opened a PayPal case they sent photos of the rubbish logos that they had sent me to PayPal & my case was closed. Very disappointing!!
