“Very pleased with the items ordered so far.Good service and fast delivery. Many things out with my budget but very happy with items purchased.
This is a site I will keep checking back to as stock does change.”
“Bought two pairs of excellent shoes made by Tricker's. Price was excellent - no complaints there. I do think packaging could have been more thorough, my box containing the two shoe boxes wasn't filled out quite properly and for a product weighing in at over 2kg a pair this needs to be looked into as you could potentially damage them in transit.
As I said however the shoes are excellent!!
Many thanks
Oliver”
“Very slow to deliver a refund or to respond to any customer enquiries. Emails are very poor and not explanatory.
I have not received an item that was sent to me over a week ago and I have had no responses to my follow up enquiries.”
“Brand outlet have some great items at very cheap prices. Their customer care is very good. I had an item I loved but after a couple of wears it started to thread. Brand outlet reimbursed me with no fuss.”
“The company uses the best courier service, with next day delivery and the ability to track the van on its journey to your house. Products were as described though boxes were a bit worse for wear but who cares since I won't be wearing the boxes. I thought it was a scam site at first but now very pleased I took the risk and will order from Brand Outlet again.”
