“Please do not use - I ordered dress but had to return due to it being too big - I have never received a refund despite getting confirmation that they had received the dress back in their warehouse - do they have £196 plus the dress !!!!!
Beware their site is under maintenance and they do not respond to emails and no contact anywhere to be seen!!!”
“I received my order in a broken parcel, and there is a big hole on one side of the box(a hand could easily get in). There are only two items, the yellow crew neck military cashmere sweater is missing. And another one is kind of dirty and with a broken tag. I tried clean the sweaters with the sticker roll. But the tan crew neck cardigan stitch knit sweater is still pilling and cottony. And the part of tags for the tan crew is missing. AND no one replies me after I did email you on 30/12/2017.”
“First time I've bought from Brand Outlet. Had my eye on a shirt and with a new customer discount I decided to go for it not knowing much about Brand Outlet at all. My order went through smoothly. Delivery was slightly late. But overall am pleasantly pleased. The item was beautiful and I decided to keep it although the returns process looked easy if I chose not to. Wish there were more brands. However when you try to apply it "Coupon code unlock10 is not valid."
When called them - told me to proceed and they would refund the 10% later.
Never did, after many calls and emails.
Have spoken to Jessica and Laila - both confirmed a refund.
Still no refund.”
