“I am rather unimpressed with a recent purchase from Brand Outlet; a pair of earrings bought as a gift. I do not buy many earrings, so I would not have assumed they could not be returned due to hygiene reasons. There was no information about restriction of returns on pierced items clearly indicated on the item page when purchasing, or in the packaging along with the tag which must not be removed for returns. Having not removed the returns tag, I would have assumed I was complying with the conditions for return. In fact, it doesn't make sense to put a returns tag on earrings if they cannot be returned anyway!
Secondly, nowhere in the product description of the earrings did it mention how heavy the items were as this would have changed my mind about purchasing them. They are actually too heavy to be worn comfortably so not really fit for purpose.
There needs to be a lot more, and a lot clearer information about the products and returns policy indicated on the product page.”
