BrandedStuff.com and Dot2DotBranding.co.uk - AVOID I'd strongly advise anyone who's considering doing business with BrandedStuff.com or their other company Dot2DotBranding.co.uk, to consider using an alternative supplier. If not, then expect to wait months over the specified delivery dates if you even receive your order. I came across their website which at first glance seemed to convey a professional business. Prior to ordering I was in contact with a member of their staff, Rorie, who responded to all emails quickly, however since taking my money that is no longer the case. I ordered 500 Woven Labels with our own design on, back on 22nd Jan 2018 and was told that they would be delivered on 14th Feb 2018. They sent me the approval to sign off, everything seemed good and we proceeded, however since then the transaction and service has gone from bad to worse. As we approached the specified delivery date (14th Feb), I contacted them just to check we were still on track to receive the order by then. However they eventually informed me that they would not be delivered until the end of Feb. OK, disappointing I thought but its workable. The reason being is they get all their Labels made in China and there were delays due to Chinese New Year. I don't particularly mind where the labels are manufactured, however had I known that they were manufactured in China then I most likely would have sourced them from China myself directly at a much lower price. So, we then approached the end of Feb and again I asked for an update - their eventual response was just ''Its now going to be end of March'' - No apology or explanation or anything. I was really quite annoyed, and after emails going back and fourth I agreed to accept their offer of receiving a 50% refund and that they would ensure delivery would be made before 31st March. The 50% refund took over 10 days for them to process and after I sent countless emails about it. The end of March came and much to my amazement I receive some labels from them, however upon opening the package I was surprised and disappointed to see that they had changed the design. They did not manufacture the design on the approval, they changed the design - this clearly demonstrates a complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. I then contacted them about this, and they still didn't see the issue, I had to physically explain the differences and only then did they realise that mistakes were made with the design. Their response - ''we will remake these free of charge'' - which makes it sound like some kind of favour to me. Damn right you will remake them at your own cost, you changed the original design which I approved, you did not deliver the goods I ordered. They then informed me that the re-manufacture of the labels would take 3 weeks, something I wasn't happy about but accepted as I really needed them ASAP. So 3 weeks passed and there were no updates from them, I had to keep chasing it up. They then said the order would be sent Wed/Thurs last week, which it wasn't, then he said it would be sent Friday, which it wasn't, then over the weekend he said he will get me tracking information, which he didn't. Now on the following week they still haven't been sent. Those 3 weeks have turned into 6 weeks. After sending in a number of emails I eventually received a response from another member of staff, Josh, who clearly can't even construct a decent email with correct grammar and his response was somewhat patronising. Rorie also stated that they were out the office but would resolve this the following day, which they didn't. This business is run incredibly poorly. These guys continuously lie and go back on their word. They have let me down again and again. They fail to take any responsibility and demonstrate a lack of attention to detail. It feel's like a complete joke and I am appalled at their level or service and casual care free attitude towards their business and customers. I have had to continuously chase this up and most of my emails go un-answered, and when I do get a response its just complete rubbish, stalling, lies and so on. I have now stated I no longer wish to receive their labels as this could go on indefinitely, and I'm tired of chasing this up and hearing their excuses and nonsense. I have requested that I am refunded the remaining 50% within 24 hours - which they haven't done in that time. So to some up, I haven't received the labels I ordered several months ago. I also haven't received my money back. They haven't given me any update with any kind of substance. They are refusing to refund my money. There is no sign of the labels coming any time soon. They barely respond to their customers. These guys are a bunch of clowns and I firmly believe children could run a business in a more professional manner. It is now 24th April. I am now in the process of filing a report with Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Tomorrow I will be speaking with my banks Fraud department in the hope that they will recover my money, failing that I will have to make a claim with the County Court. Anyone thinking of doing business with them - I really wouldn't. Its way too much hassle and I guarantee you will be let down and messed about. Plenty of other suppliers out there to choose from. If you go with these guys then goodluck getting your order. Also I pulled this from their websites about page which is laughable: Our ethos has always been and always will be to offer unrivaled customer service, ease of ordering and quality on-time delivery. Complete waste of time, effort and money. AVOID
