The situation gets worse if you decide to cancel an order. Not only do they hold your refund for an extended period, but they also charge an outrageous cancellation fee before they even release your money. I've never encountered a company that penalizes customers so heavily just for changing their minds or needing to cancel for any reason. It's an exploitative practice that shows they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, they charge fees for returning products, which is unheard of in today’s competitive e-commerce environment. Even when the items are defective or damaged upon arrival, they still charge you for returning them. In my case, they shipped damaged goods and immediately tried to shift the blame to me, refusing to take responsibility for the poor quality or defective packaging. Instead of offering a solution, they made the process difficult and time-consuming, adding more stress to the situation.
In summary, BrandsGateway is a total rip-off. They use hidden fees, unfair cancellation policies, and refuse to take accountability for damaged products. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want to save yourself from unnecessary headaches and financial losses.”

I thought this was going to be a good investment, instead it turned out to be a donation. Awful business, terrible customer support, and fraudulent advertising. Satisfaction guaranteed is just a nice quote they use to get your payment information. Just a few days in to my subscription and I can't even cancel. They refused a refund but it's worth 300 dollars not to be associated with this brand. I would have paid double. More like drop scamming.”

“Run away from Brandsgateway. It's the biggest scam ever! I have found out that they use different dropshipping platforms like Bdroppy, HandMeTheBag, Stock Firmatti and Romanelli (and for sure others too) If you look on these platforms, they have the exact same products, same sizes but lower prices. Michael wants you to pay 300€ fee for a monthly subsciption, plus 25€ transport fee when he actually dropships the products himself, lying that he has warehouses, sells everything with higher prices from other resellers that have 6-7€ transport fee and the integration with a MUCH LOWER price. Plus he lies that he has marketing materials when he barely has 2-3 stolen pictures. A COMPLETE SCAM!”
