“I ordered two perfumes both the same one for me and one a gift. The smell on mine never lasted more than an hour I have used this perfume for a nimber if years so know it last me all day. After complaining to brasty on a number if emails and getting no where I opened the one which which was for the gift it smelt fine and lasted. The last email reply was return the perfume this is difficult as Royal Mail wont except perfume as it liquid and the same with Hermes who actually delivered it. I have tried to call them but they just put the phone down. Will not be recommending to any one. I hsve spent nearly £200 with them this is disappointing customer sevice not happy😬”

Order a perfume sometime in October still waiting on this delivery. Contacted the company they have said they delivered it to an address over 30 houses away from me.the owners of the home did not receive any package and the company have not been updating me with how they will resolve this situation.hoghly wouldn’t recommend this Del Boy run company absolute shambles and needs investigated”

Rang /emailed customer services who were unbelievably unhelpful and fobbed me off. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
