“Not only is Brian's jewelry beautiful and skillfully made, but its personal, cultural, and fun to wear. I replaced my mother's necklace that she had for years and the service was excellent and the necklace arrived as beautiful as the first. My mom and I have a few of Brian's pieces from over the years - some of which we purchased while in Ireland:) I still wear my gold ring of a Irish knot and get lots of compliments. You will love your purchase!”

“A smooth and effortless transaction.....Good quality lovely piece. My only quibble is getting something delivered to the Uk would be the €20 courier charge but perhaps that is not directly in Brian de Staic's control....That apart - very nice indeed :-)”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. As this is a gift that won't be opened until Christmas I will have to wait for the recipient's reaction, but I anticipate that she will love it!”

“FROM JOAN STOW AT stowsnow@aol.com to Megan, I've tried everything to contact you since last evening. Your website is definitely not working. When my friend, Susan Mc Carthy and myself placed an order and went to hit the blue "SUBMIT" button - this button turned Brown and we couldn't place an order. Also, I made some reviews on orders I'd received, along with my husband, Jerry Stow, and my granddaughter, Sarah Franck which never showed up in the Review section. Also, I had two items in my own cart with an email from you stating I have the cart to order if I wish. Then on another page your website showed an EMPTY cart. I hope you can get your website fixed as you must be losing so much business.”

“Excellent customer service from my initial email to the store to the day of delivery of the item I ordered. In my November 27th email, I asked if the discount was still available and received a response on the 28th that the discount was still available. I ordered the item online on November 28, received confirmation of my order the same day and on November 30 received an email from the store and from Federal Express that my item had been shipped and was on its way. Item received on December 8. Amazed everything went so smoothly, would definitely order from Brian de Staic again and highly recommend him. Thank you.”

“I visited your store in Dingle in 1999 and bought my good spirit Ogham pendant....Recently it is lost so I needed another one. It arrived yesterday and felt the luck of the Irish and said to my wife " I know we will find the original now"...Bingo, this morning it was found after months of searching everywhere....Happiness, we now have two and my wife will wear the new one... Happy Holidays... Mark D”
