“Was so impressed with the designs and quality of jewelry at your store in Dingle Ireland when I visited in August 2022. I purchased earrings while I was there. When I got back home to the USA I decided to check out your website and found another set of jewelry (The leaf design, silver & rose gold earrings & necklace) I really liked, ordered and received quickly.”

“Awful customer service. Sent an email on 8/13/2022 regarding a question about the Celtic cross. Went ahead and ordered it anyway after not receiving a reply for 10 days . Ordered on 8/23 and it is now 9/7 and hoping the product arrives safely. And this guy has the balls to send me an email asking me to write a review after ignoring my first email asking him a question about his product? What kind of review did you think you would get? Whoever is in charge of the customer service emails needs to be fired immediately. Anyone who cares at all I still never received a reply from this company. So if you have a question to ask? Don’t bother. They are not going to respond.”

“The jewelry itself is beautiful and I’m thrilled to be able to have something from a premier jeweler in Ireland. He is conceptual design is something I’m very interested in. But the overseas delivery was problematic. And I would hesitate to purchase in the future unless I were assured the proper delivery was possible. The delivery process turned what could’ve been a very positive experience into a negative one.”

“Bought this as a leaving work gift, have not given it to my work colleague yet, however, had a sneaky peep at it and was impressed with the quality so much that I am ordering another for another work colleague leaving on the same day next week due to government cutbacks I will be ordering a gold one shortly for my wife for our anniversary.”
