“Purchased Rope~light in September which has now failed have made numerous phone call and left messages but no response, sent email outlining detail but sill no response have now phoned again on a "NEW" number no reply and you can not even leave a message ~ they are a totally useless company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“Purchased outdoor icicle LEDs about 3 three years. Every year when I've put them up, less and less of the strands light up and there are signs of rusting in and around the LEDs and wiring.
Sent an email to the company last year and again this year but both ignored.
I won't buy from this company again.”
