I have been buying tickets from Bright Sun for a long time. They always go the extra mile to help me to get the best price. In particular, "RUCHIN THAPA" is a great asset to the company. He works very hard to meet customers' expectations. He values every single customer and makes them special. He helped me so many times to get the best price. I always ask for him. I admire his professionalism and world-class customer service care. He is truly taking ownership of the business. I strongly recommend Bright Sun to buy tickets with peace of mind.
But I would like to request the owner of the business. Please give customer service training to Mr. Tousif and other couples of male advisers. They refused to help me. In particular, Mr.Tousif was rude to me and refused to help me. He asked me to stick with RUCHIN THAPA as he will come back to shift tomorrow and speak to him. When I request to him, could you just check the price for me? He arrogantly told me, how many times. We need to check the price for you. I was requesting to him to check the price with different dates but he refused to help me. I was extremely disappointed and gutted. I never had such an experience in my life. No one behaved like him in my entire life. It's hard to describe in words. How he treats me.
Overall I am very loyal to Bright Su. Definitely, I will be buying tickets for myself and my relatives in future.
