“Briquefurniture FRAUDSTERS - £1000.00…
I am still awaiting my almost £1000.00 furniture.
The order payment was acknowledged with a reference number issued.
I was told the delivery would take 10 weeks.
At a point, they stopped responding and as if by error sent me an email delivery message with a number to call.
There is no delivery.
The number does not work.
The website has become obsolete.
All I want is my refund and a way to expose these frauds to the world.
Anyone out there please help! - legally or media wise. Sad 😔”
“Please don’t buy from this furniture company, they are fraudulent and scammers. I’ve ordered a sofa way back in September 2022 and still waiting for a delivery. They deleted my app account and never responds to emails. I just don’t understand how the regulators let these rouge companies to operate and even the regulators should have an accountability.”

“Ordered a rattan furniture set back in April and was provided a delivery estimate of June. We are now in August and I have still not received my order. I have reached out numerous times and have been told to wait "until end of June", then "sometime in July", then "end of July". By end of July I was quote 10-14 days, then a week later 10-14 business days.
Absolute shocking company with I believe no desire to fulfil orders. I have requested a refund on a number of occasions also, all of which have been ignored. I will now chase this with Trading Standards and look to put a claim in with my credit card company.”
“This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am surprised they are still trading.
Bought two console tables off them early October, after waiting nearly 4 weeks with no delivery in sight, I sent countless emails to the company to which they replied they are now out of stock on the items.
I asked for a full refund of the money and now it has been two weeks and still no refund in sight.
To reach the company is an hassle, there are no phone numbers to talk to anyone and communication via email can go for days before any response is received.
Like many others, I will be reporting this company to the Trading standards as a Fraud and proceeding to a claims court to get my money back!!
