“Brisca cared for my Dad and were kind, caring and professional in their work whilst also providing emotional support for my Mum whilst she was caring for him. Their friendly approach made it easier for Dad to build a rapport with them and even made him smile when he was feeling down. They now care for my Mum and again show the same care and compassion as before. Support and willingness to help not only comes from the carers, but the office team and managers as well who are only a phone call away and involve the family in any matters that arise. Would certainly recommend Brisca for anyone who is looking for care for a loved one. Compassionate, family orientated and understanding, thank you.”

“Brisca cared for my mum when she was unwell. The carers are very caring, trained and know what they were doing. My mum would say how they would sit and chat with her, which would cheer her up. Very happy with Brisca and will highly recommend”

“Very happy with the care my mother received from Brisca: the service was good, from putting a checklist process in place to ensure all her needs were met, proactively chasing up the plans for follow on care, highlighting issues early etc. They were truly caring and made a huge difference to her. Her wellbeing was definitely improved due to having such consistent support: I am grateful.”

“This company and staff were excellent I would recommend them at the highest level they were fantastic with my mum who had a broken neck and back and needed a brace on if out of bed thankfully now she is healed and this is definitely from the care she received at home by the amazing carers”

“Richard and his team were so professional when looking after my Dad. Dad enjoyed the ladies looking after him and it was a reassurance to know they were there 4 times a day and were constantly in touch if there was a problem. They were ace and I would have no hesitation in recommending Brisca.”
