“Waited in all day for my Brisks delivery (1000kg gravel) and it didn't arrive. I received no communication from the company (or distribution company) to let me know my order wouldn't be delivered. I subsequently complained, by email and, a working day later, I haven't received a response. I must conclude that Brisks aren't interested in whether a customer actually recieves their order. My advice - use another supplier.”
“Terrible service. Repeated failure to deliver and tried to say it had arrived when it had not.
We placed an order for costwold chippings over a week ago on a Tuesday. We were told it would arrive by that Friday. We were given a delivery slot on the day and awaited delivery. It did not arrive and we were not contacted at all. The following week we were told it had been successfully delivered and signed for. But it had not. We were then told it would arrive the next day by 12pm and again it did not arrive. Twice more this happened to be finally told, over a week after it was originally due to arrive, that the stones were too heavy for the delivery truck. Terrible customer service, repeated failure to deliver and attempts to say it had been delivered when it had not. Would advise to stay clear of this company if you want your order to arrive.”
“Absolute waste of time. Called on day to say not coming. First said it was quarry issue, then delivery depot, and then the postage label could not be scanned.
The brisks employee who rang me said I should not of hired workers as things can happen. This is second time I have ordered and been messed around. I would not recommend one bit”
