“Giles reassuring to deal with, his staff arrived on the day and time agreed, were pleasant to deal with and had the job done within three and a half hours. Pigeons not very happy, they have moved on to annoy someone else.”

“The team arrived at the time and date promised, they required the use of a tower which was built quickly and safely. The guys donned their safety equipment and set about installing the pigeon spikes. Installation was quick and without issue and the team left my home clean and tidy. Pigeon activity has fallen from around a dozen birds, to only two puzzled birds wondering why they can’t get under the solar panels. Overall, a job well done.”

“Hi yes I had Bristol Pest Control come out because I had a problem with a pair of pigeons nesting under my solar panels, now I did want the netting but when they inspected the panels there was no lip under the panels to be able to attach the netting so Giles said that there pin system was superior to the netting, and that cleaning my panels from ground level with a water feed brush would not be a problem (I was worried as the pins are above the panels in places and did not want them damaged when I clean the panels, oh and they could not get the nest out but again Giles assured me that it will rot and be washed away eventually,but other than that it was a very good experience both Shane & Giles were very professional with all the right gear to do the job safely so early days but up to now my pigeon problem is gone no more cooing at 5.30 am so yeah very pleased with the job done and would recommend Bristol Pest Control to anyone thanks again Robert, Giles & Shane.”

“Fitted a chimney cowl to stop pigeons from nesting. Giles was knowledgeable and efficient. Access to our roof was tricky but we are pleased with their adaptable approach.”

“The two guys arrived promptly explained what they we're going to do and set up their gear. They were very quiet and tidied up after themselves. I am pleased with what they done 1and glad that the pigeons have taken the hint and gone to annoy someone else.”

“The 2 pest controllers we met (Joe and Chris) and the backroom contact and support were all absolutely first class. The quality of their work and attitude was totally professional and reassuring. We also appreciated their courtesy and understanding of the stress we were feeling because of rats in the loft. “I was very impressed by the service provided by the whole team in dealing with my rodent issue. “Rang on a Saturday morning and had a visit at noon from Joe - a friendly, helpful and reassuring member of the team. By the next day the rat had apparently disappeared, but the subsequent visits and advice, plus checking for the point of entry, were particularly useful and I would certainly call them first if we ever have another problem. Always on time and texted when they were on their way - would recommend to anyone”

“Top class service, Speedily dealt with the problem. Horrendous weather and I was doubtful if the work would go ahead as it involved roofing. Turned up spot on time and the work was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Would have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone..”
