“The senior technician, Reeve, came promptly after I rang the office about six rats I saw in our garden in one day! Reeve not only knew exactly what he was doing but also explained clearly to me what was required to be done. He checked the whole garden for me, and the subsequent two visits were same as thorough as the first one. I am, indeed, very pleased with the efficient service delivered by Reeve's professionalism and his reassuring smiles.”
