“Not long just had a follow up visit to a bed bug problem which is all part of the original overall cost/quote that was first given to me (so no further/added cost to a follow up visit as it all part of the procedure to eradicating the problem) and I now feel is the right time to write a review as my experience with a bed bug problem is now completed... Firstly I would have to say that I have no problems in recommending this pest company to a friend or another family member as I felt this company gave a 110% from start to finish with a professional attitude to the work that needed to be done, with a friendly approach and a respect to my personal/furniture belonging. Just like your most probably doing right now, after discovering that I had a small pest problem I google “pest controller in my area” and “The Bristol Pest Controller” pop up and after reading some of the reviews on the company I thought why not give them a go! They arrived in an unmarked van which was very pleasing to see as after discovering that you have a pest problem you really don’t want the whole world knowing about it... After entering the affected area I was praise from Bristol Pest that how well I had took note of all the info that they had sent out to me in how to prepare the area before treatment as they did say that they do turn up at places sometimes to start treatment and people haven’t taken note of the information that they have sent out and wonder why it has taken a lot longer to get rid of the pest problem. So please take note of this review if anything and take full note of the info that sent out on how to deal with your pest problem as after all you want to get rid of the problem as soon as possible and as cheap as possible. And the pest company wants the best chance in trying to get rid of the problem for you! Now to be honest I only found about 4 or 5 live bed bugs around my bed area (so very early stages of an infestation of bed bugs after changing my bed covers) and thought that was it after looking all around the bed and mattress and was questioning should I really be calling in a pest controller. And I know this is really going to sound really canny and upping a pest controller but I really am glad I called in a professional pest controller as during their treatment they managed to find a couple more hiding in my mattress so to me, it was well worth calling in a professional to deal with my problem as I know it only takes 1 pregnant female bed bug to carry on the infestation and sooner you deal with the problem the better the outcome will be... I totally have no negative problems from “Bristol Pest Controller” only positive ones and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the time arises again!”

“Excellent experience at a time of high anxiety. Very professional, patient and very informative. Specialist knowledge and help very useful. The specialist that attended my address was prompt, always arrived on time, on a few occasions I was a few minutes late, he was not miffed at all. Well done and thank you for the excellent and highly recommended customer service experience.”

“Quick response, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Automatic appointment and reminder system needs work. I had reminders for appointments that I hadn't made and so many reminders to pay an invoice (the first a day after the invoice was sent) that I ignored all mail from that address.”

““I was debating whether to try and tackle the rat issue myself, or call in professionals. The council’s waiting list was too long. The value for money is worth going with these guys. The service is excellent and dealing with such matters is so worth hiring professionals for, rather than trying to do it yourself. If it we left with us, we might have put some poison and some traps and hoped for the best. However, Rob was brilliant. He was able to establish routes in/out of our property used by the rats. Then began tracking them, before finally eliminating them and blocking the entrances, thus securing our home. We felt violated by the rats and our home almost taken from us. Rob saved the day and we now have our house back. Thanks Rob”.”
