“Poor experience. After you have given all the money to build a website, including added fees and charges, they will disappear. They haven't replied or contacted me in over 2 months with simple request to changes to website. Their support email address is fake as it keeps stating it's undelivered due to wrong address. They don't pick up the phone (sometimes it's another company that picks up). Before the lack of communication, they were trying to upsell into ridiculous packages. The personal connection hub "projectcamp" doesn't seem to be run by the same project manager. Whenever they did reply in the past, it was from weird times suggesting they wasn't in this time zone. The website itself was looking good but I could go on as to why you must avoid this company at all cost. Save your money and go elsewhere.”
“Avoid at all costs. Complete scammers who take all your money up front promise everything and deliver nothing. Multiple aliases from the same person, who all seemingly have a very British name but lack the language so trying to explain things is like smashing your head against a brick wall. Price at the start and what their offering is un matchable (if it’s too good to be true and all that should have got alarm bells ringing) then as things progress the cost starts to spiral.
You are asked to fill in a questionnaire at the start with one question asking for a link to a similar site your wanting. Guess what the person that calls you to give the sales speech actually worked on designing that actual website so knows exactly what you want. Talk about hook,line and sinker. Another warning sign is the company name and limited company details do not match up on companies house all of this I found out after my money was scammed. However lucky for me I paid via credit card, filed a section 75 claim and have just had the whole amount returned to me. I never normally leave reviews but felt if I can stop one more person from being scammed by this company then it’s been worth my time and if after reading this and all the other genuine reviews (not the self written 5star reviews they have left themselves) you still want to part with your money I can give you the details of some charities you can send your money to and I’ll call you with a sales speech, we can become friends if you like, call me any name u like as I respond to most then when some else signs up or you start to realise your being played like a fiddle I’ll ignore you till you get board, don’t have any money left to get the site you needed in the first place and your business goes under. These people should be held accountable for ripping other off!!!!! You have been warned!!!!”

DO NOT pay anything upfront as they will ask for more money as the time goes on. they will threaten you with court actions. these guys are total SCAMMERS. They will not deliver website what so ever and keep asking for more money. They will promise you a lot of things like, they can make a very good multi vendor app. They will send you sample of the apps and say they’ve built this, but they havnt built anything, there just there to scam you.”
