I ordered two orders of silk and they only sent me one. When i got in touch they did nothing. No replacement or refund and they haven't responded to my further contact with them.

THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT ACCURATE and are very misleading! To be told 7-10 days and I’m now on day 13, still nothing no response to my email and no means of contacting for a refund.

Terrible customer service don't throw your money away Terrible customer service, terrible experience awful service and a gang of scammers ... I have ordered different samples which have been sent in about 6 times...i choose one of them for the living room 4 big windows , i was happy for the choice and happy to wait for it.. but in this area where i have just moved in nothing appears to work as it should because everything is manipulated, scammed and changed...(SW1 London by the way). After 10 days this is the answer: Good morning I hope this email finds you well. I am contacting you today to update you on your orders. We ordered your Teatro Ebony fabric for ORD9639457 and ORD1574424, however Clarke & Clarke has informed us this fabric has been discontinued. If you wish, we would be happy to amend these orders to an alternative fabric, we will send you samples free of charge on any fabrics that take your interest. OMG what a bad service! .. they know that the fabric is discontinued after 10 days and they took upfront 2.000 pounds! Very terrible experience I suggest you not to buy from this scammers I hope that at least they will refund me

No offer of a partial refund, just blamed it all on COVID.

Ordered curtains in February, constantly chased for delivery. Dates given but then missed, by June when they failed to meet yet another deadline, was offered a refund promised within 10 days. Chased after this time and said there had been an error and it had not been processed! Now saying it will take another 10 days!

Disgusted and so angry with this company. Ordered a set of curtains for small bedroom over three months ago. Excuses galore mostly blamed on covid! Paid in full demanded a refund! Very deceitful and conniving. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PLEASE

Appalling service. I purchased a fabric sample which after several weeks still hadn't materialise. There was no correspondence what so ever during this time so I asked ( out of shear principal) for my refund. To date I still haven't received it!!! Thankfully, I found the fabric with another company and the five sets of curtains I wanted have arrived on time, and beautifully made.

Awful. Do not shop here. I bought some curtains in Feb 2021 and there was nothing on their website to say that they wouldn't be delivered soon. It's almost May now and I have chased them 3 times, each time being told they would be delivered next week. I've now requested a refund which they've agreed to, so clearly the curtains were never close to being made. Avoid!!

Ordered my curtains £350.00 in early Nov 2020. Despite numerous emails chasing delivery it is now 3rd April 2021. Still not arrived. Refund refused. Avoid this company. I now have to look at legal pursuit.
