The thesis I requested was not only late, but it was at an inferior standard, both regarding the subject and the grammatical and referencing standpoint, a continuous flow of errors. Even if it was delivered on time, I could not use it to benchmark work as it was so poor. After that, the customer service I revived was abysmal, communication without reply and then just no support whatsoever. At £650, I got zero value for money.
