This is one of the worst internet service provider. Minimum speed agreed was 50 mbps but I was getting only 5-10 mbps, their engineer visited my place and agreed the issue of speed. After closing my account in Jan, Instead of giving me refund for the past one month they charge me for one more month (Feb) and forced me to pay exit fee as well. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Called to cancel and get a refund and compensation for the staff that had to sit, they tried to say I have a pentalty for cancelling the broadband that I’ve paid for for a month so far with 5 engineers never coming.

My partner had BT sports, when he died i contacted BT as the contract was his and in his name, they then went into his bank account and took not 1 but 2 more payments even though he was dead! when i complained i got a refund of £3

Now told the only way to get a refund is to speak with this 3rd party company and have them change the notes? Although we have been given no contact details for them.

After I ended my contract with B.T they then took another months rental from my account. ( £31 ). It was only by accident that I noticed it when looking at my bills. If this is an automated system how many other people has this happened too without them noticing. When I contacted they said that I would receive a refund within 8-10 days.

If your internet does not work they dont care and dont refund you

This company overcharged by mistake, admits he error, but die not pay the refund. 3 official complaints later and further apologies from BT, still no refund. A company so bad to the bone that they should lose their license to operate.

Absolutely rubbish! My new activation date was to be 24th nov, then 1st dec as no space in cabinets, then 1st jan 2021 which was completely unacceptable. They left me with a £40 refund and that was that! Stay well clear if I was you!

99 , he said you are right iam not sure why this package been applied to your account and he refunded 25£ plus he said that the next bill will be only on December due to my overpayments, I was happy to hear that and I asked him are you sure that the next month there will be no problem? He said all set .

They have no incentive to get better because the only compensation they are ever liable for is the £1 a day loss of service refund.
