“Ordered new business line 20/12/2018 - and long story short still waiting!!! 3 months on , and then they have the nerve to charge me for installation and rental/usage since January 2019 - terrible terrible shoddy service - I think they have the monopoly on the telephones as regards the installation and ground work - pathetic British service”
