The sweets which accompanied it, were delicious and a bit different to the sweets you would usually buy. Which made them feel more special. “Paid £35 for a personalised balloon where the photo on the website displayed the balloon with pom poms... but on delivery only the balloon was delivered. No note on the page to say no pom poms. Very disappointed. And on contacting them - no compensation given.”

“I ordered some balloons for my daughter's 18th birthday. On one set of balloons, 3 of the 9 stars were already deflated and another one deflated the following day. Some of the smaller balloons were also deflating or had burst.
I think I was more surprised by the company effectively passing blame onto the courier for any problems. Very disappointing and I will not be using them again as they caused upset on a special day”
