“ I've booked flights through BudgetAir. The airline postponed one flight by a few hours and cancelled the other, meaning many hours at one airport and waiting overnight at another. I called the airline to cancel and ask for a refund. They said I had to do it through BudgetAir, which has no helpline. “ Took payment but didn't actually make booking reservations. They advised the airline had increases the prices but when I checked with the airline directly the price had actually fallen. They also advised the refund will take 14 days which is obviously a very big inconvenience. ”
