I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the refund for our cancelled flight booking from Mumbai to Baku via Delhi with IndiGo Airlines, which was cancelled by the airline due to Pakistan airspace restrictions.

They are scumming people I still waiting for nearly 500 euros refund ,they are criminals they even using random email adress and adress to add to you booking .you can be lucky but they don opera with a good intentions.they are stealing from people

I have been waiting for my refund for last 1.5 years of £1000 for a flight back from New Zealand. The service kept telling me they are contacting airlines . I contacted the airlines and they said refund was issued to the company. They are CROOKS.

If you booked through Skyscanner contact them and complain about them and ask them to remove Budgetair from their website. And if you are fortunate to be from an european country you can fill a complain through this : https://e-justice.europa.eu/42/EN/small_claims More they get feedback and more this company will be in trouble , hopefully, I am currently having issues getting my refund for cancelled flights of more than one year ago

I've booked flights through BudgetAir. The airline postponed one flight by a few hours and cancelled the other, meaning many hours at one airport and waiting overnight at another. I called the airline to cancel and ask for a refund. They said I had to do it through BudgetAir, which has no helpline. I contacted the live chat, and the person at the other end said she couldn't help, but someone else would be in touch. I am still waiting.

In Beirut, Middle East airline didn't let us on plane because they said you require transit visa, which is By Franch Low is Clearly Saying We Don't Need a Transit Visa Elso Said Go Back To Bugdeair To get your refund,I contacted more than 15 time on chat as they have No Phone Number to Speak to them directly.

How the hell am I supposed to fly on my return flight if I can’t get to my destination in the first place? On top of that my “refund” is 20% of my total payment, which I’m not even convinced I’ll get back at this point either.

Took payment but didn't actually make booking reservations. They advised the airline had increases the prices but when I checked with the airline directly the price had actually fallen. They also advised the refund will take 14 days which is obviously a very big inconvenience.
