Budget Air is a fraudulent organisation that takes advantage of their customers by advertising flights that they and their third party organisation are deliberately cancelling and pocketing customers payment without any refund or evidence to justify it, They are not to be trusted and their customer service is appalling. I will not recommend this booking this travel agent. I am happy to publish all the correspondence as evidence.

I have been waiting for my refund for last 1.5 years of £1000 for a flight back from New Zealand. The service kept telling me they are contacting airlines . I contacted the airlines and they said refund was issued to the company. They are CROOKS.

Worst flight provider , the customer service is not helpful at all neither their rule about changing a flight , I have booked a flight and just realized an hour later that the return ticket date is wrong I immediately contact them but they requested me to pay 600 GBP to change although I didn’t received the flight confirmation , most providers allow you to do the change or cancelation within 24 hrs window but unfortunately they don't

Horrendous experience with this travel agent. I paid over £1000 to go to Thailand, this was cancelled due to Covid in March 2020, it took over 3 years to get my money back. They removed their mobile number from their website, cut off live chats and phone calls. I gave up on getting the money back, they kept referring me to the airline and the airline kept referring me back to them. The single worst customer service I have experienced.
