“I've never dealt with such an unprofessional and uncoordinated support team in my life. They asked for additional documentation before fulfilling my order, so I submitted it. Then they never followed up. I reached back out, and they told me they never got it (but my email read receipts show it was opened multiple times by their staff). Then they just decided to cancel my order and find a bogus excuse. Spoke with the manager and he didn't care at all.”

DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere. They dont seem to care.

“Bait and switch weapons. Once you pay you are stuck with whatever gun they want to send. I bought a pistol and received a rifle and they tried to convince me it was the same gun I ordered. Some chat rep named Melissa G needs to learn what a gun is. She tried to say a rifle is the same as a pistol. I have pictures proving I was sent the wrong gun and they still try and say it is the right gun.”
“Bud's offers a great product line. I purchase ammo in 250 rd lots and find them to always be the least expensive. They stock the Hornady American Gunner 6.5 Creedmoor. And they ship the five boxes in identical lot numbers.”
