“I ordered 11 fired rated downlight and chose the option to include bulbs, I wanted disable bulbs and it was not clear from the website that the bulbs would not be. I have had another look at the website and you do supply disable bulbs but is not given as an option when you buy the downlight. the difference is not much in cost and I would have been happy to pay the extra.”
Hi there, We were unaware that you needed dimmable bulbs, the items you ordered were standard bulbs and it clearly states they are not dimmable. You could of purchased the downlight on its own and then added the bulbs you required from our LED Bulbs section.
