“I always had a good experience in the past, but this last order went missing, and getting any help or even an a reply from someone is almost impossible. I waited almost a month before contacting them about the package. I even contacted CanadaPost, the package is deemed lost. BulkBuddy.co still hasn't offered a resolution. I will update if a resolution is found, but I've lost hope. I'm out $150 and no product. I use it medicinally and can't afford to just buy more. I'm so disappointed, I had such confidence in these guys. Not to mention their online help tool says there is someone available to answer, and you never get a reply that way either.”
